If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product at support@ksgautomation.com. We will arrange for a replacement.

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at support@ksgautomation.com with your order ID, product details, and reason for return.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
