1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for all products sold on Ravtron within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition, with original packaging and accessories.
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Damaged, used, or altered items may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued through:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Bank transfer or store credit (for COD orders)
3. Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a free replacement. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damaged item.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a product defect or wrong item received, we will bear the return shipping cost if in India. For other countries please check with your respective Account Managers..
- For other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers must arrange their own return shipping.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be processed.

- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
